Is this part of your story?

  • Bub hardly sleeps during the day

  • Cat napping - when bub gets to sleep they are awake again in 20 minutes

  • Bub is beside themselves by the end of the day and can be difficult to settle at night

  • Bub is hungry but falls asleep feeding, then wakes soon after and is hungry again

  • A difficult sleep cycle

There are many sleep challenges for young babies and their families, but experience and understanding can turn this around, helping you to have a well rested baby and enjoy your precious first years together. For newborns to 6 months of age, but especially when bub starts to wake up a bit at 4-6 weeks, understanding how babies sleep and how we can help them get the best sleep they can is a gift to every baby and their families. Through experience and guidance you and your baby can have a well-rested journey, where your knowledge and understanding of your baby grows as they do. Along with lots of love and cuddles, good sleep patterns in the first year helps your baby grow in the healthiest way.
